I can still remember what my thought processes were when i was introduced to KeywordElite. It was still pretty early in my IM days, when that happened, and i was quite skeptical. I have some idea about researching for keywords but i did not know how important it is to do keyword research.

So naturally i put it off, but i opted in for the free ebook he was giving away. The filename was googleadwordsmadeeasy. I still remember “how cheesy” the title was

It was not until a few days later that i started reading the ebook, given that i still have so many ebooks unread (many of us probably started out the same way). It was after reading the book that i realized how important it is to do keyword research. In fact, many people made the mistake of jumping into markets without first researching it. The end result is all too familar. Either

1) They jumped into an already crowded market (a newbie will find it hard to fight against the experts in a crowded market, unless you have a v.gd strategy), or

2) They jumped into a market where there is no demand at all!

The result of either is that they would not make any money, and perhaps waste their time and even money.

However despite understanding how important is keyword research, i was still not willing to pay $176 for KeywordElite. I understand that KeywordElite was on the top three of the clickbank sales for a very long period of time, but i shrugged it off and thought it must be some clever marketing strategy by this guy. I had not spent anything beyond $100 then, and to go to that extent, i must be totally convinced. I spend the next few days finding Free keyword research software and websites.

Sad to say, there were many websites and tools out there, but they were either complicated to use or they yield very limited results.

I went back to the KeywordElite website, read the sales copy again, and realize that the problems i encounter during my keyword research process (using the free tools) could be solved by KeywordElite. I looked at the 8weeks guarantee, and thought there is no harm giving it a try anyway, since i have 8 weeks to refund the product. So i bought the product.

Boy, i must say this product impressed me. Let me explain why.

As Internet Marketers, we need to research for keywords. I have talked a little about keyword research in the beginning. Let me elaborate a bit more. For those of you who do not know, we need to find relevant keywords for many purposes, and that includes finding keywords to bid on, using keyword research to find a niche to enter, and also for Search Engine Optimzation. Perhaps the most important factor of keyword research is that it will determine whether you will be profitable or not in the niche you choose. It is always the demand and supply issue. Choosing a niche market where the demand is high and supply is low means you are in luck! And Keyword Elite makes it so easy to do this! Project 1 will allow you to research on keywords using google or yahoo or ask.com. Personally i like to use ask.com when i cannot find too many variations on google or yahoo. If i can do that, i will stick to google and yahoo. You can vary the number of keywords you want KE to find. Once that is done, copy the keywords to Project 2, and let KE analyze for you. What will happen is that KE will show you the searches, results, cost per click, and all the data you need to determine whether a niche is profitable for you to do in or not. Now after reading my review, i would assume you roughly know what i am talking about, about what is keyword research and the importance of it. Now imagine being able to use the exact same profitable keywords that the Internet Marketing Gurus are using. I mean these guys know what they are doing, and definitely have researched on what keywords to use. Now imagine yourself being able to know what keywords these Gurus are using…. You could save yourself a lot of time!

Okie, having said all the good things about KeywordElite, you may ask is there any negative reviews about it. Well, not many, but here’s my take on it. There are two things.

1) I feel that KeywordElite is a bit “slow” in its processing speed. Let me just say first that it is not “tortoise slow”! I do not have any knowledge of how fast the processing speed of these keyword tools should be, but i must say it is definitely faster than some of the free ones i used. Well, i am saying it is “slow” because I usually can do a number of stuff in between as i waited for the results to come out. From what i know, it is pretty server intensive to do keywords and website crawling, and naturally the processing speed will be affected. It does not affect me much, and i am just glad i can do everything on one user interface

2)The second thing i dun really like is that of Project 5, that of spying on keywords. Well it does give you a tremendous advantage if you can find the keywords that your competition or the experts are using. But the problem is you have to go find the keywords first. Project 1 seems to be able to solve the problem but it only generates a keyword list, it do not generate the exact keywords that the experts are using. So perhaps you can only get about say 60-70% of the keywords that these experts are using, and perhaps the most profitable keywords are the ones in the remaining 30% that you cannot guess! This is one thing that affect me, although i must say 60-70% is already a pretty good number.

Now as i said, KeywordElite is priced at $176 usd. Initially i thought it is quite expensive. But after using it, i feel it is worth every penny of it. There are many websites that charges in excess of few hundred dollars per year just to do keyword research. Imagine the amount of money you can make with the adsense content creation, not forgetting saving time and money for researching keywords. As with SEOElite, KeywordElite comes with full instructional videos, which will aid even the most helpless beginners to use this software.
